about our family…
Dan was born in Portland, Oregon in 1948. Peggy was born and raised in Iowa. We were both saved as children, dedicated our lives for ministry as teens, and attended Faith Baptist Bible College to prepare for Christian service. We were married on January 3, 1970, and began in full-time ministry the next year. God has blessed us with three children and eleven grandchildren, for which we are very thankful: Mark and his wife, Ingrid, live in Pensacola, FL, and have three children. Mark has a web design business; Ingrid works as a nurse and teaches quilting. Julie and her husband, Gerald Hawk, and their five children, are missionaries with Baptist Mid-Missions, planning to work with Hispanics in Texas. David, along with his wife, Melissa and their three children, are missionaries with Baptist Church Planters, where David serves as a Field Director and Coordinator of Hispanic Ministries.
Here’s a photo of the whole clan. (taken Christmas, 2007)
