GRADUATION at PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND
The Lighthouse Baptist Church in Souris celebrated its graduation from mission status on April 25th. We praise God for His blessing as evidenced by this step forward in the development of this ministry.
The Church, under the leadership of Pastor & Mrs. Bart Gragtmans, will no longer need to depend on an official connection with BMM. We look forward, however, to continuing to work with the church in their efforts to reach the east end of the Island with the gospel. Please pray for the ongoing ministry at “the Lighthouse.”
RECRUITING AT BIBLE COLLEGES
The future of our church planting and ethnic ministries in North America depends on new missionaries that God may be leading our way. Sharing this burden in Bible Colleges and Seminaries is one of our main areas of focus at this time.
NEW CHURCH PLANTERS in 2009
We are thankful for a fine group of new missionaries God has led to Baptist Mid-Missions. Several of these families will be working with us in Church Planting in North America. Pray for their deputation ministry.
SCHOOL OF CHURCH PLANTING
Each year we help train God’s servants in how to start new churches. We have people attend from all over the world. This year’s course will be held in Winston-Salem, NC on June 14-17, 2010.
